The Blue Ribbon Tax Structure Commission
The Vermont Blue Ribbon Tax Structure Commission was created in 2009 (Special Session) Act. No. 1, Sec. H.561 with three members one each appointed by the Governor, the Speaker of the House, and the President Pro Tempore of the Senate. The Commissioners, appointed in August 2009 and serving through November 2011, are William Sayre, William Schubart, and Kathy Hoyt, respectively.
